There comes a point where a community has to decide what it will tolerate—and what it will no longer accept.

For me, that moment is now.

I’ve spent years serving, listening, and doing the work—both inside systems and alongside families who are directly impacted by the decisions made at City Hall. What I’ve learned is simple: leadership is not about occupying a seat. It’s about honoring the responsibility that comes with it.

That’s why opportunities to engage directly—face-to-face, question-for-question—matter so much.
